After my nap, yes it was wonderful too! I went to whole foods to load up on fruits & veggies... I made a beautiful totally raw, organic salad and had kombucha with it for lunch.
Dinner was an apple and raw almond butter with some herbal tea... surprisingly I'm not hungry... I think it was the green smoothie! I don't know if I ate enough today, but for the first time I'm letting my body tell me when it wants to eat so I'm just going to go with it.... I mean I have plenty of fuel to burn along with the food...
Day 2 here I come!
