I woke up at 9am and didnt have a need for a nap today.... Today was nice, I read and just relaxed..
Breakfast- 2 cups of fresh, organic lemon, orange & grapefruit juice that I squeezed myself, with my handy juicer.
Snack- banana & herb tea
Lunch- Another beautiful salad & kombucha- my fav!
Dinner- Green smoothie with spinach, arugula, banana, apple & lemon
Time to eat some red grapes, take a hot bath and go to sleep early.
On to day 3 :)
